All our plans come with a redesign option. You can redesign up to 10%
of the plan to work best for your needs, as well as your desires. It does not include structural redesign. So, if you need to change the exterior structural appearance, it will be considered a custom design.

At ArchiTechi, we seek a balance between architecture and construction, art and technology, form and function, beauty and purpose, vision and result. In our architectural studio, architects, engineers and construction managers work together to help shape the environment around us.

In our free consultation we putting together your wish list of the project and your building site with budget, aesthetic and material preferences. Our goal is to make your custom home an expression of your dreams and your lifestyle.
Usually, we will visit your project site to fully understand and visualize it or you can provide us with a set of photos of your site. Then we will create an free estimate for you project.
To move in to the design stage of the project we will require a 30% down payment. Then we will create design that maximizes the advantages of your building site, deals with its challenges, this design will be revived and criticized on our meetings.
After you agree on design, our drafters will finish the permit drawings from which your house will be built, incorporating the structural design from a local engineer if agreed. The time frame for a custom design ranges from two weeks for a small home to eight weeks for a grand mansion.
